Return & Exchange Policy

At Dr. Shamsheer Herbs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in providing authentic, high-quality herbal products crafted with care and precision. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may wish to return or exchange a product. Our policy has been designed to make this process simple, transparent, and fair.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  2. The product must be in resalable condition, with all labels and seals intact.

  3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

  4. The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please note: Due to the nature of our products (herbal and wellness formulations), any opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Items purchased during promotional offers, sales, or bundle deals.

  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

  • Any item damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage.


Return & Exchange Procedure

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow the steps below:

    Get in touch with our customer support team via WhatsApp, phone, or email. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting details (such as pictures if applicable).

  2. Verification:
    Our support team will verify your request and confirm eligibility within 24–48 hours.

  3. Return Approval & Pickup:
    Once approved, our logistics partner will contact you to arrange a pickup of the item from your location.

  4. Inspection:
    After receiving the product, our quality control team will inspect it. Upon successful inspection, your exchange or refund will be processed.


Refund Policy

  • Refund Method:
    Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or, in the case of Cash on Delivery orders, via bank transfer.

  • Refund Timeline:
    Please allow 7–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Partial Refunds:
    If the returned product shows signs of damage, use, or missing packaging, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.


Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for another item (e.g., a different formula or herbal remedy), simply inform our support team. Once your return is approved and received, the replacement product will be dispatched within 2–3 business days, subject to stock availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund after verifying the issue.

Note: Please provide photos or videos showing the condition of the product and packaging when reporting any damage or error.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible, and the standard return process will apply.
